2009/2010 Big 12 Predicitons

Looks like Oklahoma will win the Big 12 outright.

This could be the year that the Big 12 could be considered as deep as the SEC, personally I am not ready to say that just yet but the Big 12 is certainly the next best thing.  Oklahoma and Texas will be fighting to win the Big 12 this year.  Oklahoma State has some lofty expectations this year and I do believe that Zac Robinson is legit I just don't see anyone knocking off OU.  The Big 12 north is really down.  Mizzou and Kansas are nice but the rest of the division is bad.  Nebraska is supposed to have a big bounce back year but I need to see it before I believe it.  Colorado and K-State are mediocre and Iowa State will be the doormat again.  The South is loaded.  Oklahoma, Texas and OSU are elite teams.  Texas Tech is going to be good again but it's going to be tough to replace Crabtree.  A&M and Baylor and not that good but I actually like Baylor to surprise a little this year and finish ahead of A&M.

Below are the predictions of the final standings:

North:
Missouri
Kansas
Nebraska
Colorado
Kansas State
Iowa State

South:
Oklahoma
Texas
Oklahoma State
Texas Tech
Baylor
Texas A&M

Big 12 Championship game:
Oklahoma vs Missouri with OU winning the Big 12 and heading on to the national title game.
